L IV. Consulting Group is committed to ensuring that this website is accessible to people with disabilities. We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we continue to test and improve as the site evolves.
01Conformance status
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively addressing remaining gaps.
02What we do
- Semantic HTML, single H1 per page, and a logical heading order.
- Color contrast targets that meet or exceed WCAG AA (4.5:1 for body text).
- Full keyboard navigation and visible focus styles.
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images.
- Responsive layout that works on screen readers and at 200% zoom.
- Reduced-motion support: animations respect
prefers-reduced-motion.
03Known limitations
Some legacy PDFs (one-pagers and résumés) are not yet fully tagged for screen readers. We are remediating them. If you need an accessible alternative right now, email us and we will send a screen-reader-friendly version within two business days.

05Assessment approach
